➢ The deadline for ticket issue is set by the airline;
➢ No fare is guaranteed until the travel documents are issued.
➢ Ticket cancellation can only be made until 11:00 PM on the same day of ticket issuance (void), and it incurs a cost that is charged to us by IATA (please check commercial conditions).
➢ The refund of the ticket value is subject to the conditions established by the respective airline.
➢ Payments to Consolidador.com are made daily and must be completed by 8:30 PM on the day of issuance. Tickets for which payment is not detected will be canceled, and the issuance fee and void fee will apply;
➢ Payments must be made between accounts of the same bank so that the amount is immediately available;
➢ In payments made by the CLIENT with a credit card, the AGENCY will ensure correct and complete filling and signing of the UCCCF by the credit card holder, in accordance with IATA regulations;
➢ Failure by the AGENCY to comply with any of the procedures provided in the preceding paragraphs implies that the AGENCY assumes all responsibilities arising from such non-compliance.
➢ Consolidador.com will charge the AGENCY for the services provided according to the fees listed in the specific conditions sent;
➢ Consolidador.com will also charge the AGENCY for any ADMs that the airlines debit for tickets issued by the AGENCY.
➢ The group processing fee is indicated upon awarding of the group;
➢ If payment for group requests is not fully made by the cancellation deadline, Consolidador.com may cancel the group with the airline without prior notice.
1. Consolidador.com is completely separate from any business the AGENCY may conduct with the CLIENT in the course of its activities;
2. Such business referred to in the previous point cannot be applied to Consolidador.com;
3. The AGENCY fully assumes all responsibilities to the CLIENT arising from the business referred to in point 1.
